Team justagirl 2019

Well its settled and the jusagirl team for 2019 is sorted. Thanks to everyone who answered our call for new team. Thank you so much to all of those who have supported us this year and to our sponsors we have purpose with you behind us. Thank you Pacific Marine, Club Marine, Raymarine, Stress Free Marine, Bar crusher and Engel.

Let us introduce ourselves to you, we look forward to bringing you some amazing stories this year

Ren Martin has been with the team since inception and is just as passionate about team justagirl as Skip ( her Mum)What you may not know is that she has relocated and is getting a justagirlQLD team together. Ren took out the champion female trophy at the Port Mac Tuna Comp last season

Leah Hargraves is in her 3rd season with justagirl. Shes a keen angler. Skip and Leah met in Cairns while fishing the Ribbons competition in 2013

Julie Stanley is in her second season with the team. Julie also fished the 2013 Cairns Ribbons. Her first comp last season was The Riveria Tuna Classic out of Port Lincoln. The comp went from two days to one due to weather. It was pretty rough

Helen Trowbridge was last years Greenhorn, a title she served well. She even won wine for the crew in raffles when our supply was depleted. She ended a cracker season winning the 6kg line class in Port Macdonnell

Amanda Whitehorn is new to Team justagirl this season but not new to fishing. She has done her seamanship course and is looking forward to learning skipper duties this year.

Nichola Bradley is a new team member this year. She has been fishing since she was a bub but mainly with a hand Line. Dads taught her everything she knows and we have a few myths to bust lol.

Kerry duncan is the seasons new Greenhorn, Shes keen to keep us all happy and chuck a line in when needed. Shes not a fishing girl yet and caught her first Fish on her first trip last week. Shes a great baker and we are looking forward to her catering duties

Mel Lemmers has spent a few years in NT chasing Barra and since returning to SA has had a few nice Bluefin catches

Skipper is Tracey Tito (Skipp) Team justagirl is her baby and her goal is to for the girls to have fun and learn to “Take the Boat”. Skip has also been appointed to the New ministers recreational fishing advisory council.
